For a while now, Jack has been tossing around the idea that we have an acoustic piano, instead of his digital piano at our gigs. He prefers an acoustic piano; acoustic pianos have a wonderful presence… and really, just how cool would that be?!
So, we did it — we found a piano that he could do some repair, regulating, voicing, key leveling, hammer resurfacing, etc…you know, piano technician stuff. We brought it home and he has it ready!
We are tossing around some ideas for some fun things to paint on it…. any suggestions would be welcome 🙂
